Motorhome Mountain Version 0.1

I squeaked in the first version of the game- just before the game jam original deadline with two minutes to spare!  That's about enough time to get up the Mountain!

Motorhome Mountain was made in Godot 4.3/4.4.1.  This was my first game project I have released to the public, though I've been casually making games on and off for nearly 20 years.  Assets are all original and were made in LibreSprite, an excellent open-source sprite editor.  Code was done in GodotScript.  The motorhome script is the most complex at nearly 40 lines of code, though even that is mostly pretty simple (it will get longer with any future updates that improve the game).  I did use the SmartShape2D plugin for the terrain; originally I hacked my own solution, but the plugin was more elegant and made editing a little more straightforward.  My biggest regret is not finishing the music I was working on, as I think music can really make or break a game.  Maybe I can squeeze it out in time for the new deadline.

I had a lot of fun making this game and I will continue to tweak and improve it.  It's more of a tech demo/spin-off of another project I'm working on.  The skills that went into it are very valuable, including how to publish a game.  While the game is imperfect, I hope it brings a smile to someone's face.
