Minor bugfixes.
Added original music track "Up and Down the Mountain," made in LMMS.
Known problems:
- Scenes do not fade in/out as desired
- Timer will get stuck with the first 'completed' time instead of resetting with a new game start

It seems when I fall down that pit the reset the rear wheel doesn't stick to the correct position. It tends to move more towards the front or back.
Hmm, I've seen that before (it almost seems like the wheel 'outruns' or 'lags behind' the chassis) but struggle to reproduce it. When I add a reset button I'll rework the way the scene reloads. I also have an update to the motorhome physics I'm working on too.
